How do I reserve a court as a member?
T.C. Amstelpark uses the reservation system (afhangbord) of the KNLTB. You can use the terminal in the hallway next to the Clubhouse. It's also possible to make your booking online.

Can I play indoors when I'm a member?
When it rains outside or the weather is bad you are allowed to play on any open indoor courts. These indoor courts cannot be pre-booked. In the summer season you can move indoors free of charge. During the winter season you'll pay half of the court rental fee for playing indoors.

How long can I reserve a court for?
Member courts are always reserved for a period of one hour. Shorter or longer than that is not possible. If you'd like to add another hour to your booking after you're done you can do so by reserving it at the terminal in the hallway. This way all members have the same chance at playing and are we able to keep it fair for all.

How far into the future can I reserve a court?
You can reserve a court for upto 7 days into the future. Once you have played one reservation you can make the next.

Can I reserve more than one court?
You can only reserve one court at a time.

Do I need to sign-up anew each year?
The T.C. Amstelpark membership is automatically renewd each year. You don't have to do anything as long as you wish to remain a member of our club. We will only approve cancellation requests which are received by us no later than December 31st prior to the next renewal (memberships automatically roll over annually on April 1st).

I would like to cancel my membership. What are the rules?
If you wish to cancel your membership with us you can send us an official membership cancellation request through email or post. Only cancellation requests which are received by us no later than December 31st prior to the next renewal will be accepted. All membership are automatically renewed each year when T.C. Amstelpark has not received such a cancellation request before December 31st. Rollover of the membership is always on the 1st of April of each year. Your membership is renewed for a new period of 1 year.

When do I pay for my membership
The payment of new memberships are processed within two to four weeks after signing-up. Existing memberships are paid annually around the end of February or beginning of March.

Do you also offer family memberships?
We currently don't but there's a good possibility we may do so in the future.

What activities and event can I participate in?
For our members we organize a great variety of tournaments and competitions. On Monday morning and Wednesday evening you can participate in the Racket Toss. With a membership you get an official KNLTB (Dutch Tennis Federation) number wit which you can participate in open tournaments like the Amstelpark Open.

When can I expect to be able to pick up my KNLTB card
It usually takes about two weeks from the moment you register to get the card. You can pick it up at the bar or the tennis desk.
